How does the Waste Heat Recovery solution work?

What about operating costs of Waste Heat Recovery solutions?
The power generated in the waste heat recovery power plant is supplied at negligible operating costs. Since no fuel has to be burned, the process reduces the costs of energy-intensive cement production.
