CEO - Heiko Goseling

Heiko Goseling is Managing Director of Polysius Solutions GmbH. He began his career in the field of pyroprocessing design within the “Minerals” business unit and combines technical expertise with extensive business experience.

Through various positions within the thyssenkrupp Group as well as his experience working for a medium-sized company, he has gained diverse perspectives on technology, organization, and business development.

As Managing Director of Polysius Solutions GmbH, his focus is on further developing the company as a strong, customer-oriented, and agile partner for the international cement, lime, and other industries.

CFO - Irene Ratshibaya

Irene Ratshibaya is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of thyssenkrupp Polysius. She has extensive experience in financial management, auditing and leadership. Most recently, she held high-level positions at Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy, including CFO for the Onshore Northern Europe Middle East region. There she played a key role in the implementation of strategic initiatives and supported the CEO in financial matters.
