Reliable material handling for
demanding crushing applications.
The Heavy-Duty Crusher Discharge Belt Conveyor is designed for reliable and continuous material handling directly downstream of heavy-duty crushers.
With belt widths of up to 3,000 mm, capacities of up to 3,000 t/h and conveyor lengths of up to 20 m, the system can be configured for a wide range of high-capacity crushing applications. For mobile crushing system also possible to deliver a slewing belt conveyor ,Type BSSW.
Designed around the crusher. Built for the impact. Engineered for reliable operation.
The conveyor is designed as an integral part of the crushing system rather than as a standard conveyor solution. Key parameters such as crusher width, lump size, material characteristics, capacity, conveyor length, inclination and impact energy are considered during the design process.
This allows the conveyor configuration to be adapted to the specific requirements of the plant and to support reliable material flow from the crusher to the downstream process.
| Parameter | Typical range / configuration |
| Belt width | Up to 3,000 mm |
| Capacity | Up to 3,000 t/h |
| Conveyor length | Up to 20 m |
| Conveyor configuration | Horizontal or inclined |
| Belt speed | Typically 0.6–2.4 m/s |
| Drive pulley diameter | Up to 800 mm |
| Troughing idlers | Typically 3-part, 30° |
| Belt type | EP or steel-cord reinforced |
| Material temperature | Standard up to approx. 60 °C |
| Belt cleaning | Primary/secondary scrapers, optional plough scraper |
| Impact protection | Impact idlers or optional impact table |
From the crusher discharge area to the downstream process, the conveyor is designed to provide robust material handling under demanding conditions. Application-specific selection of belt, impact protection, drive, wear protection and cleaning systems enables the conveyor to be configured for the required operating conditions.
