More than 17,600 of our machines are in service worldwide and over 800 cement lines run on polysius® equipment. Most of them were not built last year, and that is where the work is: a single machine replaced, a circuit modernised, a line brought back to the performance it was designed for. Pyroprocessing Technologies

The pyroprocessing line turns raw meal into clinker, and it is where both the fuel emissions and the process emissions of a cement plant arise. prepol® sc step combustor, polro® kiln, polflame® burner and polytrack® eco clinker cooler work as one thermal system: a change at any one of them shows up in the heat consumption and the emissions of the whole line.
