• The new company continues Polysius' heritage of helping customers maximize the value of their equipment through strong OEM know-how, engineering capabilities and technological expertise.

• Polysius Solutions continues to support customers worldwide throughout the entire lifecycle of their plants, providing consulting, modernization, digital solutions, OEM equipment, spare parts and on-site/field services.

Beckum, October 1, 2026 – Today marks the beginning of a new chapter with the official launch of thyssenkrupp Polysius Solutions GmbH. Around 180 employees will transfer from Polysius GmbH to the new company.

The new setup creates shorter decision-making processes and greater customer proximity while retaining the decades of experience and strong reputation associated with the Polysius brand. This allows Polysius Solutions to respond to customer needs even more directly and effectively.
